Created by Body of Sound founder Alyssa DeCaro, Rhythm Flow is designed to build core strength, increase flexibility and broaden your range while simultaneously developing precise timing, incorporating deeper musicality into your movement, and blending the pure joy of dancing with the bold commitment of training your instrument.
Alyssa brings 17 years of experience teaching yoga, dance and Body of Sound to give you a fun workout with a mindful approach to help you thrive in full vitality through all aspects of your life expression. Open your body with a strengthening warm up of cardio and core exercises, develop range through yoga and dance technique (bring a yoga mat!), create music with your body using steps, claps and body percussion, rock out to fun music with choreography, and cool down with deep stretching and meditation to center your mind. Come prepared to move, sweat, get funky, get silly, feel strong, be bold, and let the rhythm carry you!
